Return & Exchange Policy

At Rajasthani Saree Emporium, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.


✅ Eligible Returns:

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Only items with visible damage or wrong product are eligible for return/exchange.
  • No returns accepted on used, washed, or custom-stitched sarees.

🔄 Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at rohitkumarbagri1999@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9887902755 with photos.
  2. Our team will review and confirm your request.
  3. Pickup will be arranged (if applicable), or you may be asked to ship the item back.
  4. Once received, we will send a replacement or issue a credit/refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or stitched sarees
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products returned without original packaging
