At Rajasthani Saree Emporium, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligible Returns:
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
- Only items with visible damage or wrong product are eligible for return/exchange.
- No returns accepted on used, washed, or custom-stitched sarees.
🔄 Exchange Process:
- Email us at rohitkumarbagri1999@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9887902755 with photos.
- Our team will review and confirm your request.
- Pickup will be arranged (if applicable), or you may be asked to ship the item back.
- Once received, we will send a replacement or issue a credit/refund.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or stitched sarees
- Sale or clearance items
- Products returned without original packaging
